Items will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). Credit will be issued upon receipt of unopened item less original shipping costs. Upon inspection of the order, we will either exchange the product at no additional shipping charges or we will grant you a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt free from use, defect or damage. All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt. Please call, fax or write our customer service dept. for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items and custom imprinted products are nonrefundable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise arranged in advance. No COD's accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
