PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law. We transfer information about you if Safety Guys® is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Safety Guys® will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Return Policy
Unused tools in original packaging may be returned for credit of the price of the tool within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations. Tool and components must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications, cracked or cut cords, dents, scratches or damage by fire, mud or other foreign matter. Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error. All returns has a charge of 15% restocking fees. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Personalized orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.

Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please keep all original packaging as the freight company may want to inspect it. Let us know by email about the problem.
