Corporate Audit: A thorough review of your company’s internal safety programs and infrastructure, to include the following:
- Onsite review of selective jobsites with recommendations for corrective actions;
- Review the safety culture of field employees (mid and upper management as well, if requested), and recommend awareness/loss control initiatives;
- Review the current corporate safety policy and recommend suggested changes. Will further assist in the implementation of such changes;
- Review current internal safety training programs, recordkeeping, and other safety documentation and recommend areas for improvement;
- Review recent accident reports and determine their root cause; Based upon findings, will recommend areas for safety improvement.
